The skiing and snowboarding school TERNAVSKI – snow academy offers top-notch Austrian skiing methodology in well-known Slovak winter resorts:
Tatranská Lomnica – SKI resort
and
Nový Smokovec – Jakubkova lúka.
We select quality slopes and lifts suitable for teaching adults and children, beginners and advanced skiers, offering affordable discounts on lessons. All our instructors hold a valid Ski and Snowboard Instructor Card issued by accredited educational facilities such as ZSL (Slovak Ski Association) and others.
Under their caring and expert guidance, you will experience unforgettable moments on the slopes, filled with dynamic movement and great fun. If you are just starting with skiing, they will be your support for the first turns, or we’ll place you directly on the edges and provide you with adrenaline-filled carving lessons for advanced skiers on the Lomnické sedlo slope.
For the ski season 2024/2025, we have prepared completely new private lessons for individuals and small groups (1–4 people) PRIVATE in various durations: Shorter 1 H lasting 50 minutes (+5 min break) and 1.5 H lasting 80 minutes (+10 min break). Longer 2 H with a duration of 110 minutes (+10 min break), or 2.5 H lasting 140 minutes (+10 min break), and intensive 3 H with a length of 160 min and a 20 min break. For children, we have prepared new hourly and two-hour lessons in ideal conditions on Jakubkova lúka. There, we will experience the first turns of your children together or elevate to a higher skiing level.
The lessons follow each other at regular half-hour intervals, always after a short break. Lessons in Tatranská Lomnica start daily at 8:30 a.m. and end at 3:30 p.m. Lessons in Smokovec also start at 8:30 a.m., so that we can do as much as possible. In the high season from 1.2. to 31.3. is open longer, until 4:00 p.m. Ski and snowboard equipment rental is available in Tatranská Lomnica, where we will fully outfit you and your kids.
